This study is on the existing policies, technology landscape, and implementation mechanisms for public procurement in India, including bulk procurement. Public procurement is relevant to further adoption of non-ODS, low GWP, and energy-efficient alternative technologies along with the capacity building and awareness among the agencies involved in the procurement process.
